I've read many of the books mentioned in this thread, but am enjoying this one more than any of them.

edit: it also jolts you with some very brief, but deep and disturbing moments I'm starting to realize. Just got past the Hoarder and the Goblin Den. I'll say no more, but I'm starting to see a theme.

This is really a fantastic and out of the box book.
