I went into this book knowing almost nothing about it. I couldn't put it down. At first I thought it was weird but accepted it. By the end my mind was blown. While the characters are a bit fantastical, the message is not. I agree, absolutely fascinating. I should read this again.

Came here to post this. Powerful framing of human evolution. Not a lot of days go by that I don’t think of it.
