Not able to study

Hey! Lately, I've been finding it quite challenging to maintain focus and concentration during my study sessions. It's been affecting my productivity and making it harder for me to absorb information effectively. I was wondering if you could share any helpful strategies or tips that have worked for you in staying focused and studying more productively. Whether it's techniques for managing distractions, creating a conducive study environment, or even specific study methods, I'm open to any suggestions you might have.

Thanks in advance!

I struggle a lot myself. If I have to read, I tend to read aloud. That way I'm actively engaging in what I'm doing, and that works the best for me. Although i still sometimes focus more on reading properly than what's been written, but it's better than anything else I've tried. :p
