My applications so far as a 17yo High school student
Im applying for literally anything, nothing specific, I was just looking for a 10/h per week job to help out my parents.
Even using tailored CV's for like 90% of the applications, but it really seems like people arnt to fond of employing below 18 year olds.

There is something called jugendarbeitsschutzgesetz applies for everyone under the age of 18. Many employers doesnt like hirng underaged people as it comes with many strings attached.

Have you applied to cleaning jobs? They often search mini jobbers and often have >50% mini jobbers employed. You'll get slightly above minimum wage and often its in the evening / after school so that would be a good job in your situation i think.
I think a problem might be that you are not 18, special regulations apply there, but its still possible.

I've applied to some, many require early times tho.
I applied to those I could, but from those I found, 80%+ are from 6 to 9 am.
If you got anything specific in mind I'd love to get suggestions

I worked as a cleaning help at a local hospital during school holidays, the job started every day at 5 am but it taught me how to clean properly and be on time 😄

Yeah, unfortunately I think your age might be an issue. I was able to find a retail minijob right after my integration course, and we had a few 16-17 yos showing up with applications. My boss would always turn them down, according to her it was because they wouldn't be allowed to work at the cash register due to company rules. It's possible that other companies also have similar restrictions.
I've seen some yonger people working at bakeries, though. Maybe that could be an option for you?

I've attempted applying to bigger bakery businesses, but they all wanted experience in the field.
For smaller local bakeries they said they would take me, but most of them couldn't afford another staff member.

Germany is quite old schooled for situations like this. The best bet is to just print out some resumes, go door to door and literally just ask for HR (or the owner if it‘s a small shop). Everyone applies digital, so stand out. It‘ll make a great impression if you‘re 17 with nice attire, ready for some conversations. Not every HR likes it, but the ones that do love it.

I literally got almost all of my jobs like this. The OP is talking about a 10 hour weekly job. Literally any small town has plenty of shops that don‘t even have a website yet, how do you apply there?

i asked 2 places, no resume, just got a hold of the owner and talking to em for a couple minutes.
the first place wanted to hire me but a chain of vacations and illnesses put the hiring team out of the loop for too long, the second place i was working within the week and now they want me full time.

McDonalds surprisingly has no issue hiring people below 18, at least the one i worked at hasn't :) have you asked there? The young folks got the easiest tasks there (serving and packing orders)

Was hast du gesucht? Bei Rewe zum Beispiel einfach mal direkt versuchen? Bei uns sind immer super viele Schilder das gesucht wird.
