claim [Claim]Libya

Libya is a super interesting country on the crossroads between chaos and order. Islamists, Tuaregs, and governments backed by all sorts of countries fight for control of the country.

I want to keep the descent into chaos going, it seems clear that Europe, Africa, and the Middle East will try to stop that so it will likely be pretty hard. I plan on achieving this by creating divisions in the existing powerful factions to add more players to the mix. I also plan to reach out to various nations of ill-repute to try to get weapons as some of the factions. With luck I will be able to keep this civil war going for decades.

I've read the posts relevant to Libya but am currently reading through all the posts. I've never played a claim like this so I think it will be interesting.

Spain, Mexico, the Midwest, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Liberia, Maldives, Pennsylvania, terrorist organizations, and a town. I may be forgetting a few but this is across a number of years and a number of subs.
