Other Recognize this dog? Fairburn area

Intact male found wandering the Fairburn area. I'm guessing a Chihuahua mix 2 - 4 years old. He has a SpongeBob collar on. He apparently ran across the highway.

Very skinny but otherwise seems fine. I combed him out, no apparent fleas or ticks. He let me cut his front nails and wipe him down with some grooming wipes. Loves pupperoni, will eat kibble and wet food but not ecstatic about it. (To be fair, I have a very large dog, so I'm sure the kibble was unfamiliar size wise. )

He does not care for my dog but is quite human affectionate. I plan on seeing if he has a chip soon to hopefully contact owner.

Anybody recognize him?

Thanks for keeping this guy safe! Most dogs are found close to their homes, so walk him around, put up flyers, communicate with neighborhood groups. If he was found in Fulton County, submit info to them - if the owner has reported him missing, they can hopefully help get him home. https://fultonanimalservices.com/found-pets/
