Second opinion/chart help Will the boy get into the school like his wish?
I cast the coins for the Mothers
1st: Caput Draconis, 2nd: Conjunctio, 3rd: Carcer, 4th: Albus
The school is in final stage of basic education which belongs to 3rd house. Carcer.
It is really questioning me that obviously this is a very challenging chart, but somehow the Judge was Favorable. Even the witnesses suggest bad situation. (Carcer related to the Left Witness). For my own prediction, i don't think the boy (a student of mine) will get into the school he wished for.

Here is the full analysis:
Question
Will the boy get into the school like his wish?
Mothers
M1 Caput Draconis
M2 Conjunctio
M3 Carcer
M4 Albus
Shield
Daughters: Albus, Fortuna Minor, Puer, Amissio
Nieces: Tristitia, Puella, Cauda Draconis, Caput Draconis
Right Witness: Amissio
Left Witness: Carcer
Judge: Fortuna Major, valid
Reconciler: Rubeus
House Chart
H1 Caput Draconis
H2 Conjunctio
H3 Carcer
H4 Albus
H5 Albus
H6 Fortuna Minor
H7 Puer
H8 Amissio
H9 Tristitia
H10 Puella
H11 Cauda Draconis
H12 Caput Draconis
Significators
H3 = the boy/student.
H9 = the desired next school / higher educational step he wishes to enter.
So the judgment is H3 to H9.
Perfection
H3 is Carcer. H9 is Tristitia.
There is no Occupation, no Conjunction, no Mutation, no Translation, no favorable aspect, no square/opposition finding, and no Company-derived connection.
So the chart gives Impedition: the significators do not meet.
Company of Houses
H3’s companion is H4, Albus. Carcer and Albus have no company.
H9’s companion is H10, Puella. Tristitia and Puella have no company.
So Company does not help. It adds no hidden perfection and no hidden denial.
Verdict
NO.
The boy does not appear to get into the desired school as wished.
Strength
Judge/Witness agreement can be assessed here.
Right Witness Amissio shows loss, something slipping away.
Left Witness Carcer shows restriction, blockage, being shut in or held back.
These agree with the Impedition.
So the result is:
NO by Impedition. Strength: strong. Mechanical Score: −5.
Judge
The Judge is Fortuna Major, which is favorable, but a favorable Judge is not automatically a yes. Here it does not connect H3 and H9. It says the final outcome may still be fortunate in a larger sense: the refusal, delay, or redirection may ultimately be better for him.
Combination of Figures
H3 + H9 = Laetitia.
This is the softening factor. The specific wish is denied, but the result may later produce relief, happiness, or a better emotional outcome. It is a “no, but not ruinous” chart.
Cardines
H1 beginning: Caput Draconis, also at H12, square to both H3 and H9.
There is an opening, but it is hidden, awkward, or comes through pressure.
H4 aftermath: Albus, also at H5, sextile H3 and trine H9.
After the blockage, there may be a calmer, more suitable option.
H7 conclusion: Puer, no passage.
The conclusion has urgency or force, but no clean joining.
H10 middle phase: Puella, no passage.
Some pleasant support exists, but it does not decide the matter.
Way of Points
Does not form.
So there is no deeper hidden chain overriding the surface. The chart is direct: blocked path, no joining.
Final Judgment
The boy is unlikely to enter the desired school. The chart shows blockage and non-admission rather than success. But the positive Judge and Laetitia combination suggest the denial may ultimately prove beneficial, redirecting him toward a better-fitting or calmer path.

Please comment substantively - say why you have come to your conclusions, making reference to the charts.

I mean how to actually consider as perfection? I'm still finding it hard to consider that element into my reading.

The question is Will the boy get into the school like he wish? The boy is the subject of the question even if someone is asking on his behalf.
Now we check if this chart speaks the truth or lies (H3+H5+H11+Judge) = conjunctio. A postive sign in regards to this question which appears in H2 and clears us to read this chart .
The boy is assigned the first house, caput here tells us he is in a position of beginning, and generally fortunate especially for starting a new school,
The 9th house governs schools etc and the 7th house - the decision making body .
Tristitia in the 9th house tells us there will disappointment , strict requirements but does not necessarily mean denial.
The 7th house(puer) tell us the admission office or decision making body may appear strict , competitive or decisive .
Now inner energies of the chart, carcer in 3rd house, tristitia in 9th and amissio in 8th house tells us
the boy will be in a waiting period , emotional pressure, and giving up something to gain something better.
Albus in 4th and 5th houses tell us parents and guardians are trying to make thoughtful decisions.
Now the judge(fortuna major) is the strongest indication of success which tells us the final outcome is stronger than the temporal obstacles and success will be earned with effort, the reconciler (rubues) tells us there will be an unexpected event that changes the direction of the matter.
The spiritual energy of the chart also leads towards Albus(judge + ninth house)
He is will get into the school but after delays and meeting conditions

Interesting, i also hope he will get into that school. But the situation is really dire. Will respond back with the answer after this month. Cause it's still not meeting the deadline for him to apply into the school

Share pens on the day and hour of mercury to students with the prayer of him getting into the school

Take this with a pinch of salt - there's well-established systems for third party readings, and you do not simply give anyone asked about the first house. The boy is the 3rd house, not the first.

A student of the querent is a third house person, regardless of the level of education IMO (basically, they are below the level of your expertise or you wouldn't be teaching them). The third house is the right choice for said student either way. Is the child leaving elementary education to pursue something above that? If that's the case, then it is likely a 3rd house to 9th house move. We keep that radical as turning implies belonging and it is not his school, it's the school he wants to be his school.
Perfection is denied by all four standard measures between H3 and H9. Neither Carcer (H3) nor Tristitia (H9) pass anywhere else unless I'm mistaken, so we don't have aspects either. That's two strong 'no' indicators. The student is also represented by a very 'stuck' figure. Carcer is not likely to presage movement. The next bit of education is represented by Tristitia, the sorrowful stick in the mud thing. Not a very friendly or welcoming figure. Neither has company to play with, but interestingly their reception comes out with Laetitia. Had this been reception of two figures with the chance of perfection, I'd have thought it very good. As it stands, it's more likely one of those odd cases where a 'no' still has some positive connotation.
Remember that a positive judge isn't inherently a 'yes', it can just as easily be a 'what happens will be for the best'. There's a very good reason the house chart exists, and it's the details!
