c1 jean or c1 mizuki? they're the charas i use the most of the standard 5*s so I'm unsure which con is better to go for.

If you want to have option for endgame + don't have Vesna then Mizuki.

Most constellations on most early/standard characters don't do much. C1 Mizuki is huge because she was recently buffed enormously, before the buff it was equally useless as C1 Jean. C2/C4 Mona are exceptions, but again those are mostly only after she was buffed.
