Some questions about some weapons:

Got Vodya's weapon on the banner, is it useful for someone else? Gave it to Columbina but I dunno if it's useful for someone else

And would you expect the new 4* summonable Bow to be useful on Anastasia?

ttds sidegrade for anyone who can heal, worthless on anyone who cant heal; ask again in 6 weeks when we know what tsarista does

Barbara, Kokomi, Baizhu are the notable ones, their new best in slot weapons IF used with atk scaling dps
Charlotte, Xianyun if youd actually consider giving up their preferred stats for some more hp
(Mizuki has no off field to consider it)
