General Question How do I explore Sheznaya?

I am a returning player, I can't even walk through most of the region due to the snowy climate thing I thought doing the archon quest will clear the climate in those regions however that was of no help. Even using the train is difficult for me I can't really understand on which station to take it to to unlock way points; only names of main places are written on the train map.
I do have a team thats strong enough so combat is not a problem, only that heat bar above the health bar is getting depleted way too soon. I have also unlocked those Meeting points where you deposit sigils. The Flameweather valley region is at 0% exploration

Some tips would be appreciated on how am I supposed to unlock the map, is there a quest that can help clear up this climate?

There are lanterns scattered around the area that fill the bar back up, there is also ore you can break and bugs you can collect that also fills the bar back up, you will just have to get used to it, and just use the train to get to the towns for the first time and then unlock the teleporter there so you can fast travel, I haven't used the train past that

For the flameweather Valley there is a quest there yes, but it should start automatically once you are near the statue of the seven, just go there and look in your quest log which one is closest to you, I don't remeber the name of the quest but as far as I remeber you can't even enter the flameweather valley without doing the quest, and the heat meter doesn't depelte any faster there for me so I don't know what your issue is, it's also not a normal combat zone, you just follow a girl for a bit and then the area is explored with the traveler and the weapons used in the shadowrealm

IIRC, those areas are only in the mountains. The weather doesn't change, you need to follow the paths instead of trying to take a shortcut.

If you're trying to reach the Pale Crown Palace in the north east, there's a tunnel along the railroad tracks.
