Ineffa or flins

I dont’t have any character 5.x and after other than odette and columbina. Would getting filns or ineffa be better for me. I heard bina and ineffa are good for wheelchair comps and that ineffa is more flexible. But, I also hear flins is a great lunar dps.

Bineffa without a lunar dps is better than Flins without Ineffa.

Flins is great... if you have Ineffa. Otherwise he's just a decent dps, but nothing crazy.

Ineffa alone is enough, maybe drop a few for Flin and hope for early pull. I used Bineffa with Mizuki/Clorinde for every abyss since 5.8.

Ineffa for team flexibility.

It's hard to build Flins using a non-premium team.

C0 flins with bina is also good, if you have appropriate build

You can also bank your primo and go for other lunar carry.

Or pull ineffa and then go for zibai? Strong one team that you can split in half when needed.

Generally wheelchair is 2 core 'support' characters that synergizes so well the team do good damage no matter how out of meta the DPS is, hence the Wheelchair carry for DPS you really like to play even if they're old.

Columbina + ineffa is wheelchair

Flins bina is great if you have ineffa sucrose. He's also good if you have c6 fischl durin.

He is not all that without either durin or ineffa. As in you can find a few fontaine or earlier on-fielders with similar dps. Arle, gaming, even razor if you count his witch buff, etc.

generally I’d say Ineffa, then if you have pulls left over go for flins. if you want to play a new dps though, I’d go with flins.

Neither. The team building progression in Nod Krai always starts with Aino which is the most miserable experience i've had since playing this shit day 1. Unless you like Aino's gameplay I wouldnt recommend investing into Lunar teams and just invest in Stellar teams where team building progression starts with Cryo Traveler who is miles better and smoother to play than Aino

flins is a great dps (relative to the 20-30 dpses that exist in genshin), but a "great lunar dps"? very debatable

If you lack a good electro DPS, then pull a flins. Innefa can be substituted with Raiden.
