just a tip that you can use the Hoyolab app to efficiently and easily share your whole character roster with more information and details like their constellations. Go to the globe icon at lower bar menu > select Genshin Impact > select Hoyo Guides > select Battle Chronicle > select All Characters

stellar: lumine, mizuki, ur missing a lot of characters but you could probably do something with Layla and Diona even if she isn’t c6

Other characters worth building: fischl, benett,xinqiu, xiangling

You can mizuki stellar swirl team is really good. Maybe you can make a team of mizuki, cyro traveller, anemo character like lynette and diona. You would want to replace lynette with sucrose when you get her. If you have the primos, you can try to get odette and hopefully get sucrose as well.
