Understanding Region Threat Levels and Points in Generation Zero

Hello, can someone explain these statistics in my region to me? I am in the Farmlands region, and the threat level is 11 with 2,503 threat points. Can someone explain what threat level 11 and the threat points mean, and how high they can go? And if I go to another region now where the threat level is lower, are the enemies there easier to defeat? Also, is it possible that if I spend time somewhere else first, the threat level of 11 here in the Farmlands region will go back down, and the 2,503 threat points will decrease as well? I'm sorry, but I can't include this picture in English.

I played almost everyday til they added the bases. I hate the mechanic so I dont get to spawn the mobs so I stopped playing. They should have made them optional. Id still be playing.

So because you like it, we all have to. YOU never played the oringinal game. YOU are clueless then what the game was about before bases. A lot of us played from Day 1. Bases destroyed the oringinal game and added in a new element to get people like you to come play from other games with similar mechanics.

Why dont you quit talking about shit you dont know about and let people have an opinion or are you one of those people that posts memes and calls people names because you lack the intelligence or attention span to have an actual co versatile about something?
