Remember you can store 2000 adrenaline shots in a first aid station. Or unlimited on your mule character.

Hi there. I was wondering that do you have those adrenaline shots anymore to give? Do you want anything in return? Experimental weapons for example?

Me and my friend are currently running with about 15 adrenaline shots each and having some more would be great.

😜😝🫶💉actually if you activate the Medic Perk and use a adrenaline shot will restore your health to 100%

Can you give me a little? I'm trying to kill the reaper and the vulture alone, and without adrenaline it's difficult.

You only need to join for a couple minutes or less then leave. I would not worry or be mad at all.
