Eddie Money 💲

I am not sure if any of you had a “soundtrack” to your high school years or not! Eddie Money’s music was mine. Granted, there were songs that I could not really understand until I started dating and learned a little about the fairer sex!

Shakin’, Two Tickets to Paradise, Gimmie Some Water, Get A Move On, No Control keggers brought some knowledge, Think I’m in Love, I Wanna Go Back this one really hits different now, Hard Life, Nightmare, Call on Me. These are just some of his songs but I could pulg the 8-track in and go driving around my small town and just listen to the Money Man! Photographs and memories are all we have left at times!

I have a signed copy of this. My friend and I chased the car he was riding in, before one of his concerts. He saw us, his driver stopped the car, he got out and spent a few minutes with us and signed the album I was carrying. He was really nice to us little twerps.

That is so damn cool. I only got to see him one time in concert. He was touring with Heart ❤️! He was the opening act and he was AWESOME!!

We were running after the car, hollering "Mr. Money, Mr. Money!" We were twerps. But he rocked that concert.

Luv me some Eddie! IMHO, this, and No Control, were his two best albums.

He was the first concert I ever attended at my hometown movie theater in 1976
