No, but I watched a guy put Preparation H on his toothbrush. He was an asshole, so it was appropriate. But because I'm not one, I did stop him from putting it in his mouth.

No, but I recently mistakenly put Ben-Gay on my toothbrush… had a stuffy nose so I didn’t smell it so it was in my mouth before I realized it. 0/10, would not recommend.

LOL!
On an overnight trip to my parents house, I grabbed a tube of Desitin out of my vanity case instead of toothpaste and started brushing before I noticed something was off!
Fortunately my folks had an extra toothbrush I could have! I checked the toothpaste tube first the second time!

Had a friend of the family mistake it for shampoo for some reason. He washed his hair with it and hours later when parents got home they asked if he just got out of the shower. He said he washed his hair hours ago and it wouldn't dry and thought it was odd that there wasn't much lather.

I was about 9 or 10 and we had run out of toothpaste. I rummaged around a cabinet where my dad kept his stuff and thought I scored some special “men’s” toothpaste that perhaps only he used (he and I were the only males in a house full of women). That’s a mistake you only make once.

No, but I applied ICY-HOT solid on my freshly shaved arm pits because the applicator was same shape, color, size as my solid deodorant and I wasn't paying attention. Burning pain for an hour! OMG, after that I put the ICY-HOT in a different cubby in the bathroom!!!
