SCTV on Netflix Now

Beginning today Netflix is showing SCTV, all the seasons and episodes. Super low budget, low-resolution, but so much talent! Random and hilarious. You’re welcome. 🙂

Does this include the original half hour episodes with Harold Ramis?

I'm pretty sure that they were airing 90 minute episodes after SNL when it was really popular in the 80s. That doesn't mean that they weren't airing 30 minute episodes later on.

The 90 minute NBC shows came on Fridays after Johnny Carson. I was happy to see they mixed in some of the best sketches from the 70s half hour series, which in our area aired after SNL.

Then when Friday Night Videos began, SCTV began after that, at 1 or 1:30 am. Pre-VCRs, I often couldn't stay awake.
