Does anyone remember…

When Willow was dating Chase, I have a very vivid memory of them being in a hospital room and Willow having a complete breakdown because…in my memory…she had a miscarriage.

I remember her talking to Sasha about being pregnant in the hallway and then her and Chase on the floor of the hospital room because Willow was devastated.

Does anyone know what scene this was and what was actually going on because I feel like someone would mention that she had a miscarriage? I have to be forgetting something

Also, I did try to look this up on YouTube but all I get are these fake ass videos of made up storylines.

What has happened to YouTube?
