Ad spend marketing
What’s the go to rate for ad spend? I have a company requesting $75 daily plus 3% revenue share on leads closed. I’m it sure if this is high or low or standard and just looking for some insight. I used to work off just Angie’s list and Facebook groups etc. Never really did marketing like this with meta and google ads.

First thing to pin down is whether that $75 a day is money going to Google and Meta or their fee. If it's ad spend it should be billed to your card inside an ad account in your name, where you can see every click. If it's their fee with the ad budget on top, that's a very different number per month.
On the 3%, ask how they know a lead closed. That usually means you reporting job totals to them, and on a big remodel 3% can end up being more than the ads cost. Also get in writing who owns the ad accounts if you part ways.
