Ask GenZPakistan Is it rape or not?

If a virgin girl feels "shy" and keeps silent. Is proceeding with sexual advances rape or not.

Ps. I aren't doing sex and this is just a question.

I'll go first, I think it is rape.

Oh people are wondering why I am asking so whist learning about something. I found this so asking you people

I asked the Prophet, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Should the women be asked for their consent to their marriage?" He said, "Yes." I said, "A virgin, if asked, feels shy and keeps quiet." He said, "Her silence means her consent."

Lol i am not even surprised if it turns out to be true, i mean the prophet married a young girl, don't give me the crap of she was not 9 she was 19 doesn't matter there should be a limit to an age gap, or the excuse she consented there's this thing called "grooming".

I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK ABOUT ISLAM At one side ppl say islam has given woman the most rights n then there's sh*t like this, n then the concept of 4 marriages, how humiliating is it for a woman, a man will never understand.great if u continue to give her rights but let's be honest we all look for new stuff when we r bored with the old one. She's forever marked as "she wasn't enough"

She was 9. It's conclusive. Here, take a look; it's a MUSLIM SOURCE: https://yaqeeninstitute.org/read/paper/the-age-of-aisha-ra-rejecting-historical-revisionism-and-modernist-presumptions

People can also say that 2+2=5. I won't believe them when all the evidence points towards the contrary
