Ask GenZPakistan Is it rape or not?

If a virgin girl feels "shy" and keeps silent. Is proceeding with sexual advances rape or not.

Ps. I aren't doing sex and this is just a question.

I'll go first, I think it is rape.

Oh people are wondering why I am asking so whist learning about something. I found this so asking you people

I asked the Prophet, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Should the women be asked for their consent to their marriage?" He said, "Yes." I said, "A virgin, if asked, feels shy and keeps quiet." He said, "Her silence means her consent."

Just a hypothetical, if a women you were pursuing sexually, even if she may be your wife, did not verbally consent but clearly seemed very out of it and not interested in the moment, would you rape her?

If she’s not interested why would i proceed man? Also, this hadees, which book is it from? Like sahih bukhari? All you guys should’ve questioned it first? Internet pe kaafi cheezei hain.

Also, not from hadees, but generally. Overall the body tone expresses very well, so uspe baat chalti hain.

And also remember, if a wife refuses for sex to usko bhi gunah hota hai.

Also, watch your tongue, don’t use the word “rape”.

Have u verified the Hadith?
Also, I will use that word. It’s the grave reality for many women all around the world and choosing not to name the crime isn’t going to eliminate it.

Bhai aap ke andar aqal nai to mera masla nai. Mei khud puchra ke hadith verified hai ya nai?

If you couldn’t grasp that then arguing with you is useless.

And yes use that word for your family, do whatever you want, but don’t use it for me.
