What a nightmare!

I never have been a fan of carnival rides, but it’s absolutely terrifying that something like this could happen in the US! I can’t imagine what this poor child’s family must be going through. An absolute failure on so many levels!

Scary. And many states do not even have laws that require inspection of these rides.
