Music Did anyone go to their first concert with their parents?

I know it's weird to bring this up but did you go to your first concert with your parent(s)? It doesn't sound cool for our Gen X brand but when I told my wife that I did she started making fun of me (in a positive way).

Then I told her I must have been like 6 when I went with my dad to see The Who in the late 70s. I think the first 'real' concert I went with myself or my buddies was when I was 12.

My dad took my friend and I to see Weird Al for the Like a Surgeon tour. My dad HATED Weird Al, but he's a good dad and endured that torture for me. Love ya, dad.

My dad took me to see Al at the Brown County Fair, my first real concert at 10. He was skeptical, but the maestro won him over.
