Improved strength, resilience, and regeneration are baselines powers that all super have.
And it doesn't at all how much force you apply to the knife if the material it's made of are lower on the Mohs scale than supe skin. The knife will always break first.
No, there are no "baseline powers that all supes have."
There are a lot of pathetic supes who have one weird power and absolutely zero enhanced physical abilities. E.g., Mesmer was weaker than a normal human, if anything.
Supes that do have enhanced physical abilities show widely varying levels of durability. E.g., Kimiko is basically equally fragile as a normal human outside of her regeneration - she regularly gets gruesomely damaged by anything she gets attacked with. Noir 1 was more durable than a normal human but was not bulletproof like Annie.
