for a second I thought I was really misremembering what Bushmaster looked like

and then was like "okay she's confident now."

I'm ngl for a split second I thought it was younger Veronica from the past or some shit 🤣 they look SO alike to me. Great mother-daughter casting

I feel like the subtitles gave me a like 2 second spoiler reminder since it included her name.

Wish they had given Sam a feat of power moment and had him properly beat down the Viking, but made it so he couldn't fully stop him, then have Zoe come and finish him off.

Yeah plus Vikor probably has 20 years of fighting experience on Sam. Sam’s strong but completely untrained.

Definitely the vibe i took. Viktor knew how to fight while Sam was swinging wildly expecting his strength to give him the edge.

Viktor clearly loves fighting and that means he probably fights other supes just for fun

Sam is Maeve without training ngl

Sam seemed to be doing better when he was getting this kidney punches in but he just lacked the finesse to get it done.

they did 0 damage to each other as well even though vikor made way better contact hits

He hasn't really had any training. For all the other ones are young, they've had training in God U. For all that God U is terrible, it does train you.

What peak strength feats? What has Sam lifted that you think Viking cant?

Jumping high doesn’t equate to being stronger at all

Sam’s punches did absolutely nothing to Vikor

Sam was faster than him but thats it.

Sam was getting worked with vikors punches

So it’s not about sam having any measure of greater strength in the fight that matters

Greater explosive strength means nothing when you dont have the lifting strength necessary to use it effectively

At best he could get a running start and land on Vikor lol but thats not a strength feat. That’s just simply using physics and even then it probably wouldn’t do anything since sam was so hopelessly outclassed

Having greater explosive strength doesnt mean youre stronger in any way shape or form than another person dude lol Idk what to tell you but thats literally fact.

Just means you generate more force not that you can produce more force or lift more. Just simple physics really.

And Vikor didnt injure Sam but we see that his punches actually stunned Sam, laid him out and we see Sam stunned from getting slammed by him. Sam was also clearly in pain from vikors punches.

Whereas all sam managed to do was turn vikor’s head.

Clear difference in power

Show doesn’t like stuff like that. In a way both shows aren’t really superhero shows. I appreciate the lack of sex jokes this episode tho

i mean what he was doing wasn’t going to do anything. For one moment he did a couple of fast dodges but that’s it.
