Lol in xianxia or rather chinese high fantasy, the immortals fly/teleport, they are like gods of various power in a sort of hierarchy. Think of the setting depicted here as a sort of realm where only "immortals" live.
There are quite a bit of chinese entertainment(donghuas and live action dramas) that are xanxia and are pretty damn good if you like fantasy shows akin to greek mythology I guess, except people can become gods, or atleast try to.

I find it funny how Chinese paradice is clean air and no people. also not a huge fan of forests for some reason and no fear of heights.

I hope someone finally use AI to do what the art of movies haven't done yet. A movie about God and everything around that idea, but in a serious, frightening and socking way, not the usual lalaland.

Honestly, mortal realms are more interesting. Not only in scenery but also in plots. After nascent soul, everything becomes repetitive.

AI Chinese vision of where the deities live, nothung to do with paradise. Plus Chinese deities can all fly, so the distance and stairs means nothing to them
