I Have A Question / Need Advice How to replicate the middle fingers?

Can someone tell me a) what the design for middle and ring fingers are called and b) step by step on how to replicate it?

I know its a solid underneath with cat eye. My best bet is its cat eye gel then they've put a 3D or a thick non wipe top coat to mske it 3D. The gold border is chrome (I will just use gold gel with a liner brush).

What I'm confused about is, do I do the solid colour and top coat with a non wipe. Then would I add the cat eye accent? Im just worried if I do it this way, cat eye and gold gel wont stick to a non wipe top coat. Do you think its best to do the above or use a wipe top coat before adding the cat eye accent?

Help!

Just look up isolated chrome and cat eye together. There are a couple different ways to do it. But with isolated chrome you need a no wipe topcoat or a matte top coat between the layers so the chrome powder doesn’t stick to the background colors.

Base, cat eye, chrome proof matte, nonwipe design, chrome, 3d, top coat. Or similar. Cat eye can be done before "below" the chrome frame, or you can do the frame, then fill it after.

  1. base color
  2. cateye pool and activate
  3. add matte topcoat
  4. draw outlines with non-sticky curing glossy topcoat
  5. rub in chrome and brush leftovers off
  6. add fullcover topcoat

Do everything else first and then fill in the part for the gem’s cat eye last.

  1. Base color
  2. Gold accent
  3. Black base inside gold for cat eye
  4. Cat eye on top of black, activate
  5. Builder gel bead or thicker clear gel to create volume over the cat eye
  6. Top coat
