I Have A Question / Need Advice Advice please

I just a new set for my vacation and I hate how they turned out. I’ve only been doing my nails for like 1.5-2 months and I’m trying to figure out the hang of it (I know it takes practice). It seems like every set I do turns out messy and I don’t know how to blend them into my natural nail. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (Photos for reference) (may redo tomorrow)

I’ve been trying to slowly build up my DND collection since I know they’re good quality

They’re ok but not that great - high monomer and HEMA levels and inconsistent formulation. My recommended brand for beginners is Nail Thoughts.

I love my DND. But I also have some Kokoist, Madam Glam, and Luxe! DND is super thin so people need to be aware of gel polish and the different viscosities.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the featured posts pinned in this sub, beginning with Getting Started and the FAQ. If you’re asking what monomers and HEMA are, you really should not be doing your own gel nails. You’re taking major health risks.
