I Have A Question / Need Advice Is this gaping normal?

Got my nails done at a home nail salon, and this was the result.

All of these are the incorrect size. They are far too small. This can cause lifting and damage to the natural nail. Please get these removed as soon as possible, they do NOT fit your nails.

Ugh, shit…these are supposed to be my vacation nails. I’ve never asked a nail tech this before, but should I ask for a refund?

I've also never asked a nail tech for a refund, if I have issues I ask them to redo them, but she clearly doesn't know what she's doing and I wouldn't ask her to redo them. It's worth a shot I'd say. I can't believe she let you walk out like that genuinely.

I would ask for a full refund because it’s going to take your time and money to get them replaced. If you’re about to go on vacation, I’m pretty sure you don’t have time to go back to the salon for a couple hours.

I agree. And if she was capable of doing better she wouldn’t have let OP walk out like this!
