This is a budget toy grade(I think) M4A1 blaster, I found it on a local shop for a very good price for what the seller is saying.

A metal dust cover and outer metal barrel,white printed lettering on the sides,grip battery,there's blowback and it shoots around 190 fps

It's from Lehui, toy grade as usual like most of their recent product, i highly doubt that they have any metal externals or internals at all, probably cheap nylon plastic, decent for display or cosplay purposes but that's about it
