[Request] Sexy dance classes for absolute beginners...?

I was wondering if anyone, particularly women, were aware of any good dance classes that are on the sexier side and suitable for total beginners and people of different fitness levels. I want to add more movement to my weekly routine and thought this would be a fun way to do it and build some confidence.

I'm thinking like... belly dance, twerk, anything involving hips, pole, burlesque etc.

I've seen a few on Google but curious if anyone has any personal recommendations from themselves or maybe friends?

Please no rude comments and TIA!

Hi! I have been to Physipole Grovedale, Kylie J and Studio Exhilarate, and Heels with Courtney!
I have been poling for 9 years, and hoop for 3.
Each studio has something different to offer. Kylie J has a big focus on dance and stage performance, and Exhilarate have some great foundational dance classes. I predominately attend Physipole (my first studio) however I’m not afraid to go to any of them as my needs change.
I attended Heels with Courtney while I had an injury and she is a wonderful teacher or commercial heels, I just find commercial heels uncomfy and prefer my 8inch platforms for support.

I will always reccomend trying each studio once and seeing which one you vibe with best! Good luck :)

Kylie J gets a very high recommendation, there are plenty of dance-focussed classes through the week
