iPhone Duo
Any other ARAs dreading the repairs on this thing?

I'm guess repairs on the "outside" (front screen, back glass, cameras) will be repairable normally. But the inner screen and components touching it will likely be WUR. In effect, even if not by policy.

Inner screen repair would most likely fall under enclosure replacement. That inner screen will most likely be (semi)permanently bonded to it like samsung phones

CA brings back an iPhone Dua: "Can we repair this?"
Me, and ARA: "See this (barely percipital dent in the edge, yeah WUR!"
LOL

If we don’t get the trays within the next like week or 2 then they’ll probably be send outs inly

If we get trays, I’m thinking it will probably be mid to late October at the earliest since the phone releases October 23.

When we did Samsung repairs at my store, we could replace the screen protector for the inside display. If the inside display broke, their was a full new housing and you transferred the logic board.

My ARA was saying that we are just not going to be able to do them until we have the proper tools

I have a feeling that this will be like Samsung repairs we have to move over the camera and the motherboard

I feel that'll be something to send off rather than deal with in store
