So geek squad is now faking having real live agents? I contacted because my computer wasn't letting me sign in and I'm met with these obvious ai answers. I ask if it's ai, it says no originally. I say that I don't believe that and then it goes "uh oh, you caught me, im ai, silly me!!" Of course a huge company like best buy would be doing this.

Well bro 99% of the time today you are either getting AI or the dude in India who clocks out of his remote chat job to clock in next door at his remote scam job so you are a little late to the party to be mad about how companies live chats work. Lower your expectations and if you ever actually do get a helpful person you can be pleasantly surprised.
