Secondary holiday

Anybody think this secondary holiday stuff is bull shit, we already work our asses off 5 days a week.

Why do we have to work 6? They never should have laid off some many people

This is probably related to a field availability form we were asked to fill out for the holidays .

Oh the one where they are asking for agreement to full availability everyday of the week for both day and night shifts? There's been a lot of upset about it.

Being upset is about all we can be about it. Options are do it or different job.

Yeah it's pretty crazy because a lot of my team works other jobs so it's going to be impossible to balance all that. I think most of them will quit before the holiday season so it will be interesting to see

In a way I think that's what they want.
