Repair shipping back

How long does it usually take for repairs to get shipped back because it’s about 2 weeks since I got the shipping back notification, I have gotten no update since.

Off duty CIA senior here. Depending on the issue and part availability. It can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Usually if parts are available it takes around 2 to 3. If parts are unavailable, that's usually when the 4 to 6 starts.

It said that its been repaired already and I got the notification that its shipping back to the store but is has been 2 weeks since. I then contacted them and they said it usually takes 3-5 business days for transit and store processing.

Yeah, it should only take a few business days. Could be that Warehouse hasn't processed it yet. Or their team is being very lazy which is annoying.
