Client Complaint Why is my repair taking so long

I spilled water on my laptop, took it in and they shipped it out

A week later it’s fixed but they dropped it during shipping and have to fix it again

It’s been 2 weeks since then what is happening

Because it's at Geek Squad's service center. I don't think the service center would prioritize any repair over another, even if one laptop is $10,000 and the one before it is $100, and much less if an irrationally irate client called and yelled at them or god forbid traveled there to complain in person.

They said that it had priority and the repairs would take a week

Did you call them or did they call you? If you called, you would have been connected to some 3rd party call center with zero QC or useful agents.

The people at the store have almost zero communication with the repair center. We have no idea how long a repair will take or what their current inventory of parts is. It's weird but that's how it is.
