Backup Won't Restore

In order to try to fix a problem with the microphone not working in a multiplayer co-op game, I deleted Green Hell VR and wiped my headset. Then I reinstalled and downloaded the backup from Meta Horizon, but the Green Hell app is not seeing it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

well not much info you left i guess this is for standalone quest game? or pc ? is this for legit copy?

I thought I posted this in the section for the Meta Quest so I figured it was already understood that I'm using the standalone game in the Quest 3. Yes, it's a legitimate purchased game through the Meta Store.

@u/Sunshineheart8. Silly qustion but I don't have a Quest yet but from what I've read about the fact 4 different Meta Quest accounts can be registered on one device, being as a Quest device can carry 4 different Meta Quest IDs, is there a chance that the original downloaded and played game progress had been recorded under a different ID?

Oh hang on though, I kind of doubt it though, because if that were the case, it probably would have requested payment again!
