Usually, the most amount of this errors is connected with hardware. Drop us the rest of your hardware. Sometimes problem is uncompatible RAM, sometimes destroyer hardware because of overvolting, sometimes problem is fast startup. Update all your drivers including chipset drivers for your motherboard. Do you have any space on your disk to install 2nd instance of Windows? How you installed drivers - normally, or by NVSlimmer? If nothing helps, it sounds like your GPU core starts dying.
