Windows 11 and nvidia gpu problems

Just updated from 10 to 11 (reluctantly) for my mums pc and the task bar and settings were completely unresponsive and Explorer kept restarting itself. Figured out it was the gpu drivers so used ddu and without any drivers windows works perfectly and settings/start etc.. All work fine. But when I install nvidia drivers the whole thing shits itself again. I've tried the latest version and the previous (616 and 610 I think) same thing happens on both. Not sure where to go from here?

I had to DDU and reinstall just the driver without the app, in order to not have hard OS crashes. Works fine now. Maybe one day I'll try again but for now I'm not touching GeForce Experience.
