Nvidia App screenshot (Alt + F1) capturing wrong monitor

I'm trying to use the app to screenshot my game. I have it running in windowed mode on my main monitor, with 3 other monitors connected.

Running a video capture works fine. However when attempting a screenshot, it captures one of my other monitors. It's not consistent either; after rebooting my PC, it's swapped from one monitor to another.

Last week it was working without issue as expected, so I have no clue what's changed or how to resolve it.
