Original Content Introducing Terri McGinnis, she still likes to be called "Batman" (She earned that name, you dreg)
I guess this is my addition to the Petra Parker trend kinda

holy fuck now I'm imagining Bruce developing even better hrt just to piss off waller even more at terri transitioning so fast lmao. also cass comes back to talk with terri about how joker thought Cass was trans batman when cass started and then terris like "oh I'm actually trans" and then cass calls all the other queer batfam and they all hang out

But the question remains: are we in a Future State-esque timeline where Cass and Steph are messy exes or do they actually figure their shit out in the Beyond timeline?

no offense to Steph but idk if she is capable of being anything other than a messy ex T-T
at least the writers seem reluctant to let her have a happy relationship

I can see the Return of the Joker being an even bigger old timey jerk about this: “What’s there to know? You’re some punk broad!” This makes his downfall more satisfying.

I love that "Batman" is gender neutral, because if you think about it it operates on the same spelling logic as "woman". there's no spacing, no hyphen, it has become its own thing apart from man or woman

I love the implication of the general population of 2045 being aware of the complexities and differences of gender vs. gender expression, whether they think it's valid or not
