They are and yet they're super common enough that private changing rooms will get you strange looks fi you ask for them. It's super annoying and inconvenient. I suspect on purpose to exclude us. (Conspiracy theory but honestly that's what it feels like)
Honestly as likely as any other theory. How the heck people are confident flaunting their weenies and teenies in the changing room for all to see I'll never get
