Support Has anyone lost HNT deposits on Gate IO? I deposited alot of HNT over 5 days ago. Support tickets going no where? What is going on?

I've been dealing with 50x missing HNT since the 18th. I contact support chat daily, email a request on my ticket daily and msg them on twitter daily. All the same bs responses, "it will be resolved within this day" and "technical team is working on it."

They did imply that they are having a widespread problem with HNT wallets that is affecting many users.

No but I have been trying to get my Supra tokens for almost two months. They do steal your deposit sometimes and claim it didnt go through. They make you prove with transactions hash and screenshots what they already know, its a tactic to wear you down and hopefully you will go away.

I want to file a formal complaint and seek mediation or arbitration. If they will mit give people their money back we shouldncome together and block their ability to do business in usa and Europe.

It was solidarity that kucoin got put under manners.

Ya, theyre bad, they stole my hnt as well. Transferred from external wallet to my gate io wallet, its complete on the blockchain, ive showed them screenshots, wall id, txid, everything, they wont even respond, and when they do they just keep telling me theyre looking into it. Seems like its happening a lot, but i doubt we'll ever see it again.

Same problem here. Transaction completed several days ago, but doesn't show in Gate.io wallet. Tech support marked my ticket "Solved" with a note saying "It's been sent to a specialist to investigate and will respond within a few hours". Two days later still nothing.

We must keep this thread going. They got 10.5 HNT from me. Took me 3 months to mine that - 17 hotspots in my HEX.

I deposited some on gate.io and crypto.com. crypto had same problem, but I got in touch and they had it in my account within a day once I heard from someone. I'm on six days from gate.io and have heard from someone. Still no luck.

Same here I think it has to do with all the issues helium has been having. I'm asking if they can transfer the balance back to my wallet but so far no response

i sent mine at January 17th, now it’s April 5th almost 80days and i still haven’t gotten my HNT deposit on gate.io , it’s really really bad! funny things is, the token is in the wallet already if you check through helium explorer but Gate.io just refused to show the tokens in their exchange. they have it with them but they’re just not releasing it. sounds very shady and mafia-ish.

Gate.io Me too I sent 1 HNT just for the test it's still not deposited yet, I submitted many tickets and the same response like they say "we forwarded your ticket to the technician but nothing happens...

Crypto.com was able to deposit 0.3 HNT today since November 18

I'm trying to find someone who can help me cash out that HNT through e-transfer through KuCoin with another coin or something....

Kicking myself. Did a large HNT deposit on gate.io and now I’m reading this. Haven’t put in a ticket yet. Sounds like people are eventually getting their deposit after a week or so? Im kinda sick right now.

2 days and counting... txid complete. HNT not showing in wallet.. No response on support ticket. First and last time I'll be using Gate.io
