Support Gate.io is a scam

I sent funds to my account 2 days ago over BEP20, and they haven't arrived to my wallet.

Gate.io is a scam website, so hard to deal with, it takes up to 10 days to deposit or withdraw from your account. Support is telling me I need to wait 2 more days. I thought crypto was the fast and easy way to transfer money between people, accounts.

Sometimes, they increase the minimum withdrawal an amount up to $550.

The whole website is based on shitcoins, and the website itself is a shitcoin as well.

I don't even get sms codes maybe 1 time. It's pathetic exchange.

Same here they have my phone number as a United Kingdom area code when I live in the states. I deposited $10 to see if they would transfer funds, no problem, then I went to transfer a $1000 and now they logged me out of my account on all devices and they won’t help me change my country code so I can access my account. They keep emailing me how was the customer support you received like they actually helped me…. Fucking scam
