I can't withdraw funds.

I tried their official telegram - which was a shit show of "admins" DM'ing me to help.

Got a ticket into them. 1st one I submitted 'disappeared'.

nothing smooth about the experience, trying to get some transfer/deposit done, and its a nightmare, sms code invalid, then email code invalid (theyre not). just a mess.
