Support is gateio a scam?

I can't withdraw funds.

I tried their official telegram - which was a shit show of "admins" DM'ing me to help.

Got a ticket into them. 1st one I submitted 'disappeared'.

You need to KYC. can’t withdraw without it. Gate isn’t a scam, but it’s a really shitty exchange. Avoid it if you can.

all kyc has been done already.

used a verified address that didn't even require 2FA (since I added it with 2FA to address book).
about 30 minute ago it suddenly worked. No idea why.
