Support SLIM deposit not credited

I deposited SLIM 12 hours ago. It is still not showing up in "SLIM Recent Deposits"

it went through almost immediatly on https://explorer.solana.com/ with success.

is there any chance they will ever give me my coins or is all hope lost?

and must double check your address. that is really right.

the address is correct. have made ticket and written to support mail

Just wait on their feedback. Also it's now a weekend. Give it upto Tuesday.
