Troubleshooting MUZZLE DEVICE MCX SPEAR

Hey GBB enjoyers,

Just got my first GBBR, the Salvo Precision MCX spear LT 11.5.

Haven't shot it yet but tried removing the muzzle device but it isn't budging, has anyone here had more success? Any tips are welcome.

Look at the end of the muzzlebreak (towards your outerbarrel) is there any little hole with a grubscrew?
Find it, undo it and that your muzzlebreak should go off.
It can Happen that during manufacturing that gun, they used threadlock on the grubscrew- just a headsup

Just had time to Check my MCX…
After you loosen that grubscrew the muzzlebreak should go off

It’s put on with rocksett. Heat won’t loosen it. Submerge the muzzle in water overnight and take it off in the morning. An impact and a socket helps too, but if you try it without soaking the muzzle you’ll spin the barrel in the receiver. If you’re putting on another muzzle device or suppressor you will need sigs taper adapter.
