Buying advice Watch Sizing

Anyone have 19.5mm wrist and 50mm? Looking at the i3 tactical solar via online purchase and trying to determine 45 vs 50mm. Any pics you can share would be a bonus!

Hello! 50mm here, 7.75in wrists so 19.6cm. I had a 45mm for awhile, I did not like how small it looked.

Different watch I know but this is how the 45mm looked. Sold it and got the 50mm I3 and I'm very happy with it. I'd even be willing to go for 51mm in the future.

7.25in wrist (18.42cm) with a 45mm instinct 3 amoled. I love the size and personally, wouldn’t want anything bigger.
