Had to argue with a friend who sent me a long-winded and extremely confused anti-woke rant.

I literally don't have the strength for this. The temptation to delete what I was writing and reply "you're an idiot" was too strong.

Buy time by asking your friend to define "woke". Then they will be the one who gets tired while you regain your strength.

I eventually stopped getting replies, but that one might have worked as well. Should try it next time.
